Zachary Solov

CEO & Founder

Originally from South Florida, Zachary Solov graduated from Florida State University with a dual degree in Communications and Multi-Information Systems. With a background in production and a strong interest in entertainment, Zach moved to Los Angeles to begin his career in 2000. His first job was as a production coordinator for a Nickelodeon television show. Zach soon realized his passion for the deal making process and began his training as a talent agent. Zach began at ICM, working in both the talent and literary departments. In 2003, he transferred to Diverse Talent Group to work under the CEO. After only 9 months, Zach was promoted to agent in recognition of the numerous lucrative deals he originated for the company. Zachary was an integral part of the agency and management team at Diverse Talent Group. He helped to create new TV packaging division, which has sold shows to ABC, SPIKE TV, and SHOWTIME. In addition to his TV packaging responsibilities, Zach represented a wide variety of clients from nearly all areas of the business, including producers, directors, actors, models, personalities, and musicians. In June of 2011 Zach decided it was time to start his own agency in Los Angeles and left to start Z Group LA.

Z Group is a Brand Marketing and Talent Booking agency based in Beverly Hills, California. On the marketing side they pair brands with celebrities for marketing and social media campaigns as well as product launches. On the talent side they book celebrities for private events, corporate events, and night clubs all across the country. Z Group has worked with clients that include, Britney Spears, Jennifer Hudson, Leona Lewis, Avril Lavigne, Timbaland, Zendaya, The Black Eyed Peas, T-Pain, Ron Artest, Robin Leach, Rihanna, Paul Oakenfold, Paris Hilton, Montell Jordan, The Maloof Family, and many more.

Zach enjoys international travel, good tequila, and you can find him most nights at Hollywood restaurant hot spots or at his home having a Netflix and chill night.
